The upsell at checkout is confusing and automatically adds on items. Paypal did not send an order review so didn't realise until after the order was completed and invoice sent. Contacted them immediately but ws told the order could not be stoped as it comes directly from (my guess china)Offered a 50% refund on additional item. (Still not received)THEN an additional payment of £29.99 has been taken from PayPal for a subscription I have not been aware of (added on the upsell)The product is poor. Cheap looking and unsubstantial for the price. I had previously bought another product for a quarter of the price which is better made.No idea if this works as not had chance to use it.I fear the 90 day money back guarantee is nothing but window dressing, as i was told that I couldn't return the item i didn't want for a refund.I would not recommend the product or the company. Misdirection and deception is not a cool method of selling in my book. UPDATEThe company has been in touch and I have received a full refund.....the customer service was excellent, with a full apology and commitment to looking into the checkout process. I was asked to consider changing my review to a four star rating.However, and independent review from a real consumer in my mind is not open to persuasion. If there was a 2 tier star rating then i would give the customer service 4. There is no getting away from the fact that this particular product is poorly packaged and cheap looking. It looks like a £4.99 item from a bargain store. You certainly would not want to gift it to someone (I can't speak for any other of there products)Does it work though.....well I've used it a few times and can't really say that there has been a definite reduction in mosquitoes. The charge lasts a few hours. Therefore given that the review is based on the product, I am leaving my rating at a 1 star.
