My wife ordered some toe nail cream and three separate charges were taken from our account. I tried to cancel but was told it had already been shipped so I put it down to experience. However another charge to them showed on the account so I sent several e mails which were ignored and then looked up the comments on this site. I then contacted our bank fraud department explained it all and they cancelled the payment and also my wife's card as OzziMozzi had skimmed it. This is a common practice of theirs having read the internet comments. All I can say is avoid at all costs! Our bank will refund this second payment thankfully.
