Everything I use it something goes wrong. Patients have issues booking and paying deposits. Patients don't always receive reminders and feedback emails. Various issues with taking payments. Payments taking 7 days to reach my account. Unable to use prescriptions function for weeks. App not allowing me to take photos. And when I contact support they always blame the user first despite providing them with evidence the problem is the software. I will move to an alternative very soon!
