Updated Review October 2025I was shocked to see a Pabau employee leave a 1-star review on my clinic — despite never visiting us. It seems this was retaliation for my honest review of their software.Be careful before working with Pabau — they caused me stress, and even after switching systems, I still face issues linked to them.Our experience with Pabau has been extremely disappointing. The software consistently failed, with ongoing technical issues that disrupted the smooth running of our clinic. Despite repeated reports, the support team’s only response was to apologize, without offering any real solutions.What’s worse, after sharing an honest review about our experience, we were contacted by Pabau management who began threatening to close our account due to a so-called “breach of rules.” This kind of behavior is completely unacceptable and goes against the basic principle of allowing clients to share honest feedback.Ultimately, we were pressured into switching to another software provider, which has caused us both financial and time losses. The situation ended with Pabau staff being extremely rude, stating that they no longer wanted us as clients—even though the issues were entirely due to their inability to deliver a reliable and functional medical software solution.I would not recommend this software to anyone. The product is unreliable, the support is ineffective, and the way they treat clients—especially when faced with criticism—is unprofessional and hostile.Very poorly made software.Lots of mistakes like disappearing communication with patients,not loading services,creating invoices and not working properly.Addressed to their team and no action.Definitely would not recommend Updated after PABAU response as I can’t reply directly to them!!!!I’ve wrote a review in October 2024 and Pabau made all clinics change form Pabau old to Pabau 2 around April/May last year.So please sPabau management stop saying it’s an old version as this issues are with new version PABAU 2.I have recently raised a formal complaint as there was an issue that no emails received many patients for 4 days!So it is a really bad software and I would not recommend it to anyone !
