The plumber explained the tap has a 10 year warranty and the shut off valves which he recommended to us we took his advice. We did sign and went ahead as needed to be done and we paid. Later that night I politely asked for an itemized account of costing and received a defensive long response blaming us for accepting the quote and we are a no obligation free quote company . They Then mentioned the extra cost for emergency call out after 3.30 pm. For almost $1000 wanted a proper breakdown. Wonder now how much the tap cost with no brand. Would not recommend this company to anyone if you think it’s expensive and ask for a breakdown of the invoice .
