Clamp does almost nothing to restrict urine leakage. It will require a minimum of 4 pads per day due to leakage.I do not plan to continue using your clamp or purchase additional in the future. I will let my urologist know my dissatisfaction and will not recommended Pacey cuff to anyone.Bill Large
