Everyone so friendly and thorough in giving information. Offer help during the process. Lots of ways to contact them. I wish they could update their process to starting to reduce my debt sooner with the creditors than 6mos. I am not fond of this because it delays me getting out of debt. Plus side they will reduce my debt and I want pay back as much because I would be finish in 3 years on my own.
