My payment start date was suppose to be 10-17-25 and next day after my welcome call, I checked my bank account and Forth had taken out my payment of $400 on 10-7-25, the same date of my welcome call. I'm on Social Security and told them from beginning that my benefits are deposited on the 3rd Wednesday of the month. Needless to say my payment to Forth was withdrawn and I only had $300 in checking account which caused me to get overdrawn. And that caused a domino effect because I had other small payments that came in also. I also have no money for groceries or my medicines. I requested to withdraw from thus program. Your employees need to double check their computer entries or maybe they need to retrain before they handle clients' accountsToday 10-15-25, Pacific Debt Relief returned all payments including insufficient bank fees.
