Review Time
My first interaction was with Matthew. He was very thorough. Went thru the whole process, explaining every step. I knew this was the right avenue for me. Then a couple days later I started feeling irresponsible and like a loser. I called him, he actually called first to check on me but I missed his call, I told him how I was feeling and he reassured me I was doing the right thing. My next encounter was with Marcella. She was just as knowledgeable as Matthew and explained things again. I kept interrupting her with questions. She was kind and patient with me. Pacific Debt relief is a good company and they are helping me see the light at the end of the tunnel. Already I was able to afford to pay other bills. I have avoided the dreaded loop of using credit because all my paycheck goes to paying the minimum payment on those awful credit cards. I know if I start questioning my decision again they will be there to cheer me on and hold my hand thru the process.
From the very first time I signed up and spoke to someone, I felt heard and not judged. Everyone that was assigned to my case was helpful and amazing, from the Customer Service Representatives to my final case worker (Armando). I will never forget how much help I received and how nice and nonjudgemental everyone was.
