As it seems to be the trend here, I've also been trying to verify my account for the last week now, as to cash out my measly $50 bonus. Sent in the required documents, and yes I double checked them to make sure they were clear and in sharp focus. Miraculously made it through a super high playthrough requirement, knew they would take the remainder of my winnings off the top as stated in the terms, and expected the verification process to take possibly even up to a day or two. I guess I was under the impression "instant withdrawal" meant a little sooner than weeks. I fully expect to be brushed off and given some conjured up reason I'm in violation of some rule that they invent solely for this purpose and most likely never see the $50 that I have now wasted ENTIRELY too much time pursuing. THIS IS BAD, BAD BUSINESS, PACIFIC SPINS. You have people like myself who most likely would sink substantial amounts of money into your platform if only you knew the meaning of customer care. Gaslighting and rude/no customer service, dishonest advertising, and wasting your customers/potential customers time is NOT the way to run a successful company. Since you obviously don't know. If by some miracle you read this and by some divine intervention I actually receive my $50 that I most certainly won fair and square, I will return here and write a retraction of this review and give you the praise you would most undoubtedly deserve. Prove me wrong, Pacific Spins.Update The more I think about it, the more I believe my next step is going to be reporting to the Better Business Bureau and Attorney General if I don't hear anything back from them by today, because this is so just so sad and ridiculous. There's so many people this has happened to and no legitimate business conducts theirselves in this manner. Why should I think that my account will be any different than anybody else's and they won't find an excuse not to pay me? If I could even reach a live agent somehow either via chat or telephone or something I would not go to the links of reporting them but as of now, without even being able to contact any representative of the company directly, (not talking about the mass produced scripted emails or the bots on the "live" chat) I don't feel like I have a choice as a consumer. Do not, I repeat DO NOT spend a dime on this fraudulent, shady, predatory chickenhawk of a business. These people should be ashamed of themselves. People are out here struggling with the economy in the worst condition it's been in in decades, and instead of being appreciative or proud that folks are choosing to spend their hard-earned money with them, these crooks simply take it for granted, take advantage, and straight up steal from their own customers. They falsely advertise, they use bad business practices, and then, in order to dodge accountability for all this flat out criminal behavior, it's constructed so that you can't even reach an actual person-not a live representative of any kind. I'm done. I'm reporting them today if I don't get a response by 3:30. And I don't expect I will.
