I'm the founder of a DTC brand whose 3PL introduced us to Packiyo after experiencing trouble with our previous WMS' (Shipstation, Shiphero, and Finale). We finally found solace and a WMS that allows us to scale. Their support team is incredibly responsive whenever we can't figure out how to accomplish a task or whenever random bugs pop up. So much so that they've even added feature requests we as a brand have had to their roadmaps -- and executed on them! Really happy with their product so far, and happy to report that we don't have any plans to change our WMS ever again.
