Bought a pack via humble bundle and i was unable to download any videos or ebooks. I was met with a one-time screen for downloading but once downloaded the files were named "134265847385.zip" so I had no idea what anything was; when I returned to name me downloads I could not for the life of me find the download links. I did however find additional "buy me" buttons on things I had already purchased.Also you can't delete your account. It's a scam. They even blocked the word scam in the customer service chat. Now why would you have to do that? :P
