Allow me to start with the positives: Those who responded to me via support were extremely kind and professional. They understood my frustrations and helped me resolve the issues at hand every step of the way. They were courteous and forthright and quick to reply. So I am thankful for the support desk. That being said, as a whole, I'm honestly extremely disappointed in this website. It was referred to me by an avid collector. Yet, had I known the wait times for items would be months on end, with some wait times having no release dates ever established (after having been constantly changed), I'd have never ordered from here to begin with. It's been a very frustrating experience. I understand there appear to have been issues with the suppliers; but the frustration remains, regardless, leaving a sour taste in my mouth.
