I ordered motorcycle tyre - they sent the wrong one. It took them almost two weeks to arrange pick-up from me and they did not even send notice regarding. I just received a call from the courier that he should pick something up. Without any communication they are sending me another tyre which I already don't need because I had to buy locally it after I have received the wrong one.Customer service is super slow, also it communicates through auto translate. I would never recommend this company. Also read some other reviews in "skundziu", I think these positive reviews here are fake.
