I've extensively tested penny roulette and it seems fixed. You can cover three sections, including black and the third dozen, but it often lands on odd red numbers or low-mid values. Even when it hits black, the payouts are minimal, usually just 1 or 2 wins out of 10 spins. Although I won 20k in one night, ever since the lawsuit, my luck has completely changed. It feels like the game glitches mid-spin, landing on numbers opposite to my big bets.
