I have just completed a very stressful 48 hours during which time it seemed that our sale and purchase may be about to fall-through at the final stage.Throughout the whole process Paddy and his team were incredible. Paddy went out of his way to reschedule other work to give us extra time to complete our move and his professionalism was very much appreciated. However, what was even more important was the support that Paddy and his team gave to me and my family as we wrestled with a serious financial issue below us in our chain that was completely beyond our control.Paddy made sure that we knew that he would move heaven and earth to help us complete our move. At a time when other movers elsewhere in the chain were threatening huge additional costs and even to unpack vans back in the original properties and to leave their clients stranded, Paddy was calm and reassuring.I'm delighted to be able to leave Paddy a five star review. My only regret is that I cannot make it ten out of 5!Thank you Paddy, Pete and Boomer. I don't think that you will ever really understand how much your support over the last 48 hours meant.
