The same problem that so may other people have experienced. Even though there are comments on their site about additional fees, i did not see them and you assume when you order anything online from anywhere in the world, especially on a an English language site quoting in pounds that the price is the total delivered! They are aware this is happening and that people are being deceived. This is not a honest way to do business. They send out the same reply to everyone who have complained which in itself implies their unwillingness to address the issue.
