They promoted a buy one get one free offer along with upgraded packaging worth $20. However, I only received one watch and was told to be patient, after which they stopped communicating. It feels like a total scam and is incredibly frustrating. I made my payment in November, received one watch in December, and now it's January. I regret dealing with this service. Additionally, they provided a tracking number and claimed everything was shipped, but that was not the case. They should either have the watches in stock or clearly communicate expectations. When I raised my concerns, they did apologize but did not specify when I could expect the rest of my order. I later requested a partial refund for the items I didn't receive, but they have yet to respond to that email.
