Its cruel to allow any cat to be outside alone they are exposed to really bad things. People that don't like cats when they go on their properties some people poison and maim them. Other animals harm or kill them. And birds are killed as a result.
Walking a cat on a leash gives them the safety of the great outdoors and give the owner a chance to bond with their fur babies.
