Wow! I was a bit sceptical of this, but over three itineraries, I have been refunded around $900 without doing a thing. This was the first time I used this site. It will save me so much time. Instead of spending days watching and searching, I can now just book the flights I want and just sit back and wait. I just hope the airlines can't stop this somehow.
