For 10 full days now both the Paidwork app and website have been almost completely inaccessible.
Every time I try to log in I get the same error: "User with this email does not exist". I cannot access my account at all.
My 15 186 DT points from Coin Tales (villages 120/153/200) are still stuck in pending since late February. The game deadline passed more than a week ago.
I also left several messages to support, but received no real help.
Question to everyone:
Is anyone else still unable to log in? Do you have the same error? Have you managed to get into your account or get any response from support?
Please write in the comments if you are facing the same problem. It would be helpful to know if this is only my issue or if many users are affected.
