My experience with Paidwork has been extremely frustrating and has raised serious concerns about how they handle users’ money.
It took me over a year to finally reach the $20 withdrawal threshold. When I did, the withdrawal process itself was a complete nightmare—delays, confusion, and constant back-and-forth with support. What should have been simple turned into a stressful and time-consuming ordeal.
After finally getting through that, I discovered that $7 had disappeared from my account balance with no explanation whatsoever.
For the past 1–2 weeks, I’ve been trying to resolve this. I contacted support multiple times and spoke with at least three different agents, including Maria Tellier. Each time, I provided everything they asked for—screenshots, account details, and full explanations.
I also gave them multiple chances to fix the issue.
Instead of resolving anything, I keep receiving the same repeated responses: “Your case is under review.” “We’ve escalated this to the payments team.” “You’ll receive an update within 48 hours.”
That 48-hour promise has now been repeated several times—with no actual update and no resolution.
No explanation for the missing $7.
No accountability.
No real follow-up.
Only delays and copy-paste replies.
This is not just about $7—it’s about trust and transparency. If a platform cannot properly explain or return even a small missing balance, it raises serious concerns about how they handle larger amounts.
At this point, after more than a year on this platform and over a week of unresolved support requests, I can no longer trust Paidwork.
I am now publicly requesting a clear explanation and resolution to this issue. If this is not addressed promptly, I will continue to share my experience on other platforms so others are fully aware before investing their time here.
