I ordered a back and shoulder support for my husband using their size chart ~ what a mistake!! it is way too small!!! At the same time I ordered compression gloves for myself, I’ve worn them twice and the seams have unravelled.I sent many emails to their ‘support’ email which included photos and have still not had a reply.Come On
