I would strongly advise against using these solicitors. This was my first experience with conveyancing, as I was purchasing a small piece of land, and I was recommended Painters Law. The service was extremely poor.Communication was slow and unreliable, with responses to emails often taking two or three days. When replies did arrive, the tone was dismissive and carried an air of superiority, which I found both unprofessional and unnecessary. At no point did I feel that my matter was given proper attention or urgency.Ultimately, I withdrew my instructions and chose not to proceed with the purchase. The firm showed no concern whatsoever that they had lost a client, which speaks volumes about their attitude towards customer service.I will not be using Painters Law again and cannot recommend them to anyone.
