My fiancee bought me 5 new kits for Christmas and three were duplicates. I contacted the customer service department and asked about the options to ship back the duplicate kits and exchange for new kits for my collection. They answered my late at night to my shock and immediately offered two different options of a credit voucher or a reduced refund to my fiance's purchase card, and to keep the kits. I asked about if I still wanted to return them because I didn't see doing the same kit twice. The provided me with the information on doing that as well.Well, the more I thought about it and did the math, the original offers were better, so I emailed back the next day and asked if I could change my mind and go with one of the original offers and then keep the duplicate kits and give them for gifts and share my love for Paint Gem kits. In no time at all, the change had been processed and a unique code had been sent to me according to the original offer. I placed my order today using the discount code for kits I didn't have. All in all I am super impress with this customer service interaction! I was already impressed with Paint Gem kits. This experience makes this company tops in my book. I will continue to order from them as they release new kits!! Great job Paint Gem!!
