Overall, even though the pandemic caused a MASSIVE delay in receiving my product, I am very pleased with my kit. Dan (CEO) was quick to respond and reassure me that they would take care of it, and they did. I am currently waiting to receive a voucher for a free kit to make up for the delay and inconvenience.
