This was my first gem kit painting so I'm not sure how this kit compares with other companies, but I received it in good condition. The gems are decent quality, though a few in each of the baggies are stuck together or have extra bits of plastic still stuck on the edges which makes putting them together on the paper a little difficult (though not an unreasonable amount). The reason I gave only 3 stars is because I placed my order in April, had to wait 2 weeks before I even received a confirmation email. Then, I had to wait 2 months before I actually received my kit in the mail. The kit spend those 2 months sitting in Los Angeles just to be shipped to San Diego. I was so frustrated because there was no announcement or notice posted on the website stating that there might be delays in shipping so for all I knew, it was supposed to receive the kit sooner than 2 months.Overall, the kit itself is decent quality and I'm glad I finally have it because it's fun to use, but it was extremely frustrating to have to wait for 2 months to receive my kit.
