My first time trying this kind art/hobby. I ordered April 4 and received it on June 16. To be honest, I was anxious and I don't know if it's legit website because I just found them on facebook through ads. I started to being impatient because it takes forever to deliver my order and I red some people said it's a scam. Hands down to their customer service, they answered all my inquires. When I received my package I opened it right away, I got the customized one and they are so BEAUTIFUL! I can't wait any longer so I started it right away. Drills, the canvas and the accessories are great quality and of course the packaging as well. Thank you PaintGem! For sure will order it again.
