Although the shipping took longer than expected, because of the pandemic I'm assuming. I definitely give them a 5-star rating for their customer service, and product quality. Even when I was a bit Snappy with the customer service, they remained calm cool and collected and extremely nice to me. That's a great quality to have with your customer service people. The quality of the product is phenomenal oh, it will definitely give hours of relaxing entertainment. I can't wait to finish my first paint gem picture.
