Took a long time to arrive but was in perfect condition when it did. The set came with an adorable wax pot in the shape of a macaroon. A gem pen applicator, some tweezers, a gem sorting tray, and gems themselves and the artwork canvas rolled up. The company was really good with communication on Facebook and I couldn’t fault the experience bar from the wait time but that’s on COVID-19 not the company. I think it’s a real shame people are trying to call it out as a scam to drop the star rating just because the wait time is a lot longer than expected. The reality is if you’re polite and human with the staff you get good service, people need to show some understanding and step back for a second with patience.
