Really long shipping time and not the greatest communication from customer service. Took almost exactly two months for the package to arrive. Everything that was supposed to be included is. The quality is fine. A couple of the gems I’ve gotten have been hollow on the back and I can’t attach them to the canvas. So hopefully they put a couple extra in each bag. Also two of the plastic things that come with the kit the pen, gem plate are pretty flimsily made.Honestly I think COVID really messed up shipping for these guys. I don’t really blame the company, but I wish they had been more clear about shipping time from the start. They have, since I placed my order, updated their website to say shipping takes 25+ days so that is good. If you’re not willing to wait 1-3 months don’t order from this company. This is the first gem art company I have ordered from, but if I order more I probably will order from a different company like diamond art club. Their packaging seems to be in general higher quality so I would assume components of the product would be higher quality as well. The price tag is similar so if I’m gonna pay the same I’d rather get a better product. Hopefully if they are a company that really wants to provide a good product they will listen to the reviews people have been posting and do better.
