I ordered a painting June 29, and received the painting July 28. Due to the pandemic related issues, I was aware that this could take some time arriving. Using the tracking, I saw that it got stuck at its import destination for close to 2 weeks (it arrived there July 13.) I wasn’t bothered by this, but was surprised when I got a completely DUPLICATE order less than a week after receiving the first! I’m not sure how this happened (and I was only charged for the original order,) but I contacted Paint Gem and after a few emails they said I could keep the duplicate! I have done the mystery painting in the meantime and the drills and canvas are very nice. I will definitely be ordering from them again, and would highly recommend this company.
