I ordered a gem painting back on April 24, 2020, nearly 4 months ago! I’ve emailed nearly everyday and the only response I keep getting from Paint Gem is this BS: “ Hey Pxxxe, Your order (#434xx) is in process already and will be shipped in the upcoming days.The tracking info will be also available soon and will be sent to your email In general, processing time takes 2-7 business days for custom photos it takes 12 business days and freight transportation will take 8 to 12 business days.Hope this helps”. They keep lying and lying because after that email I told them that the order number showed to be in process and they would be sending me the tracking info ASAP. The next day I got this email from them:“ Greetings from PaintGem💎. Regarding your order ##434XX, It says here it was successfully delivered to this address2OXX Amb Road, IllinoisYou can check it here //tools.usps .com/go/ TrackConfirmAction?tLabel—Can you please check with your neighbor or contact your local post office?Hope this helps.Thanks.😊”Literally the first time I’ve ever been asked as a customer to wander around asking my neighbors if they’ve seen my package or told to go to a USPS facility hoping they’ll remember seeing my package. But it’s all a waste of time because the attached “TRACKING” number this special group of complete asinine monkeys gave me is still incorrect because when you click on it this is where it says it was delivered and it’s where Paint Gem says I supposedly received it even thought on my receipt it shows my a Ship To address as being in Illinois not at this location:Your item was delivered to the garage or an alternate location at the address at 2:09 pm on June 18, 2020 in SPRINGFIELD GARDENS, NY 11413.Now they won’t respond to my emails and/or my phone calls. And I have yet to see any of the money they stole back on my credit card. Horrible Company-absolutely horrible!
