While the kits are beautiful the customer service is appalling.There were some Gems missing from my original order, popped on the website and emailed as it suggests to get these shipped out, they agreed and said it was shipped on 2nd June. They have never arrived, the Link provided is very clear that the items haven't moved in Transit since 14th June. All subsequent contact to ask for a reshipment of the missing item or an partial refund have been completely ignored. I can't complete the kit and have not received what I paid for.
