I had an awful experience with Paint My Pooch. My order was intended as a Christmas gift, but it arrived 1.5 months late. Despite knowing Canada Post had been on strike for over a month prior to my order, they still chose to use them for shipping. To make matters worse, the mug I ordered arrived broken. When I contacted their customer service, they refused to issue a full refund, which was extremely disappointing. This was one of the worst sales experiences I’ve ever had, and their customer service was completely unhelpful. I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone, not even my worst enemy. Avoid them at all costs!
