Very disappointed with my purchase, really dislike the effect, £55 for basically a print of my photograph with painted edge effect. Customer service very poor, I had paid extra for a proof copy, advised that I was unhappy with the effect to be advised that I would have to pay £24 for the already supplied email print. That I don't like. And if I wanted to supply a new picture, that would be an additional cost to create a new print. What's the point of the proof then? Feel like I could have created a better option myself using a digital print company like snapfish. Would not recommend.
