I called the company and was told my registration details weren't in their system, which was strange since I had received an email confirming a match. They want me to send photos of the car, the scuffs, and their paint repair capsule. I won't bother with this. If you're planning to use this service, make sure you have the exact color code for your vehicle to confirm with your order. Don’t rely on their matching system, despite their claims.
