Quality seems good, shipping was slow but my primary issue is their website and follow through service. Ordered Pens for three of my cars with one being a completely different shade based on the color selector they use on their web site for the year make and model. They admitted that their system is incorrect and that I should have ignored their website. They never offered to make it right or honor their guarantee.
