Finally opened my PaintScratch package that I had received in 2019. Yes, I know that is a while, but didn't need it a the time. Upon opening and unsealing the product, I found that the paint was dry in the tube, the clearcoat tube was dry, and the unopened bottle of acetone was empty as well. I contacted customer service and got a snippity email stating that the product was bought 6 years ago. I mentioned back that there is no expiration date anywhere, but never received a reply. I have other paint pens that are used and over 8 years old and they still work fine. DO NOT BUY !
