I submitted an order but received a system error saying that the order could not be processed due to their server problem. I chose not to contact them via email. I assumed my order did not go through since I did not receive an order confirmation or subsequent shipping or tracking information. I decided to order from a different company. Surprise! On July 30th I received the order that supposedly did not process. When I contacted the company asking for a full refund and a prepaid shipping label,they claimed that their emails may have gone to spam folder, (not their problem) which they didn't, so they can't refund the paint because it is custom mixed (not really, a standard manufacture color). Very frustrating since I never actually thought I ordered from them and now can't get my money refunded.
