2000 Honda Civic, hood's clear coat was peeling. Ordered 2 cans of PaintScratch base, clearcoat. 1st can of Paint Scratch applied with no problems. 2nd can PaintScratch lost compressed air and sputtered paint over the coats I applied with first can. E-mailed PaintScratch on 3 different occasions. Every E-mail, just a standard reply, not even reading my problem with their product. Due to the defective 2nd can, had to sand and primer hood all over again. PaintScratch would only send out 1 can in place of the defective can. Problem is it takes 2 cans to totally cover my hood. So, if you ever have problems with their base paints, their customer service/support will not support you and even call you. Had to reach out to Spectral Paints (Amazon) with my issue, to their credit, they were able to assist. Going to dispute my order from Paint Scratch with Visa.
