This is regarding the red haired lady working in the Kendal branch, it is not a reflection on the company.We arrived today at 11:59am, they were just about to close which I knew. We were just gonna grab paint and knew what we needed so would have been fast. As we walked in the door we were met with “WE ARE CLOSED” 3 times. This lady wouldn’t let us speak and was disgracefully rude. If she had said in a polite manner the tills are closed I would have been fine with that but she was rude while people were still in the store.I would never tolerate someone like her to deal with customers.
