I placed an order with this company for Christmas gifts, expecting the products to ship within 1-2 business days, like the website says and yet I have received no tracking information after two weeks and trying multiple tries to contact them. I wouldn't have minded if the products were back-ordered - as long as someone would have responded to my inquiries. I began to suspect it was a scam site after my emails and phone calls to their customer service went unanswered and after the auto-email I received said I should hear something within 24-36 hours. That was a week ago, and still nothing. Don't waste your money like I did, I'm so disappointed.
