I recently purchased a paint by numbers kit from a seller and was truly impressed by their responsiveness. The kit arrived promptly and in excellent condition. However, as I started painting, I found that several of the paints had a "skin" on top and were quite thick. I reached out via email, and a representative responded quickly, promising to send a complete new set of paints. The new paints arrived swiftly and were all in great condition. I would gladly purchase from them again in the future.
