I had cancelled my subscription because I had lost my device. Unfortunately, I must have left it too late to stop renewal so my Credit Card was charged.
As soon as I realised I contacted PAJ customer service by email. Within an hour or two I had a courteous message from Tobias who understood my problem immediately and promised a full refund.
If I ever find my lost device, or feel I need another one I will certainly get another tracker from PAJ. Devices and service are five star.
