I regret to say that my experience with PAKCHAMP Lahore has been very disappointing.
I renewed my hosting/domain well before the expiry date, but despite timely payment, my service was taken offline and remained inaccessible.
I made several attempts to contact their support team through WhatsApp and other channels over multiple days. Unfortunately, responses were either delayed or not provided at all, and no proper resolution was given.
Even after repeated follow-ups, the issue remained unresolved, and I was left without access to essential services such as hosting and control panels. This caused unnecessary inconvenience and disruption.
Professional service requires timely support and responsible handling of client services after payment. Unfortunately, this standard was not met in my case.
I hope the company improves its customer support and service reliability in the future.
