I bought an oil that was not clearly advertised and mixed with carrier oils, and so I asked for a refund under consumer rights law. Customer service proceeded to tell me that it’s not possible to sell a 100% pure oil which is a LIE and that the product was clearly advertised as it said ‘100% natural ingredients’ - yet none of the ingredients were actually shown or listed. I had to dispute it with my bank.
