Items arrived, unsealed and product did not seem to smell like it should. I contacted customer services and had no response. Items purchased were of reasonable price but I'm unsure if items are reputable, I ordered the Tropic Isle range, the red pimiento oil just smelt of Castor Oil so possibly diluted or not even a true product, could not smell red pimiento at all
