Not bad. The set up process was pretty good and straightforward, but be aware that Pallet2Ship only appear to be acting as a broker. As soon as the pallet is collected by the transport company there is no further service. In my experience, if there are any complications or need for additional communication you're on your own and you'll need to liaise directly with the transport company. Don't expect Pallet2Ship to provide support. Personally I would have expected them to have strong contacts with the transport partners to be able to resolve issues when they arise, not least because Pallet2Ship is the party I am paying.In response to the reply to my review, I would add the following:In my particular case, the pallet had moved no further than Nottingham after 10 days since it was collected (it should have left for the destination country way before that). Communication was instigated by me that there was an issue, not the other way around. In the end, it was through my own efforts directly with the transporter that led to the pallet getting delivered on time (just). Pallet2Ship told me there was nothing that could be done so I took it upon myself to sort it.This is not really a complaint, but more about setting expectations.
