Easy to book, however we had to cancel the following day, as items we had wanted to ship were no longer available.It took 6 weeks and the threat of court action before we received a refund.Totally unacceptable!Minus £270 charges too!After seeing your reply, we cancelled within 24 hrs, and yet it takes 6 weeks to reallocate a space!
